Happy Father's Day

Bryce enjoyed a fun Father's Day with his boys...Coleman still has his rapid breathing issues; we're now pretty convinced that it is probably asthma, which runs in Laurie's family, but we're not doctors. He has another appointment on Thursday, but we don't think we will get any sort of diagnosis for a while. He certainly doesn't let his health issues get him down...

Braden continues to adore Coleman. The first thing that Braden asks for when he wakes up in the morning or from a nap is "Where is Coleman?" If we are going to go somewhere he immediately demands "We need to bring Coleman!"
The love of brothers... very sweet...

Coleman loves to sit in the high chair that the Garrisons passed down to us.

oh phia...

Braden and Sophia Simone...

More Summer Fun....

Braden LOVES the pool. He becomes a completely different little boy; outgoing, independent, he shows no fear. Its a little crazy... splashing, dunking himself, attempting to dive head first. He especially likes how this pool has a slow incline into the water; he runs down the incline as the water gets deeper and deeper and then "falls" into the water. There is no rest for whoever is watching Braden that's for sure...
You would never know that Coleman has health issues (unless you could hear him breathe)...

Ever since we went to free cone day at Baskin Robbins Braden has asked for another ice cream cone. When we were grocery shopping the other day he spotted the ice cream cone box from 25 yards away and yelled "ice cream cones, ice cream cones." Needless to say I gave in...

Summertime!

We had a really fun Memorial Day with the Ritners and Simones going to Busch Gardens and playing at the pool. We enjoyed visits from old friends recently as well; here are the Kushins meeting Coleman for the first time.
Braden loves these ladies...

Happy Mother's Day

Update on Coleman's health: his blood work came back "fine". Basically no news is good news, they didn't find anything wrong, but they don't have any answers either. We go to see the pediatric pulmonary specialist at CHKD tomorrow. Here are the many smiles of Coleman:

Update...

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, but there hasn't been really anything new to report. Coleman is doing about the same. He continues to struggle with rapid breathing (varies from twice to three times that of a normal baby his age). Yes, it has now been two months that he has been doing this... We had more blood extensive blood work done today and will get results back in a couple of days. Please be praying that the results are good (I don't exactly understand what they are looking for so "good" is as descriptive as i can get --- something with capillaries...)
The encouraging news is that he continues to grow, now weighing in at 13 pounds 7 ounces. Unfortunately all the chub made it hard for them to find a vein on him today to take his blood; never a dull moment. (yes this is a repeat for those of you on the email list...)

Braden is thriving. He favorite activity is going to Busch Gardens with his friends. Yes we are very spoiled in Williamsburg especially because he still gets to go for free! Unfortunately Busch Gardens is only open friday-sunday until Memorial Day, so Braden is quickly learning his days of the week... Braden: "What day is it today Mama?"
Me: "its Wednesday Braden" Braden: "Then Thursday then FRIDAY!!!"
Here are some pictures/videos of his favorite rides with his friends Addy, Sophia, and Jack... he would ride the Griffon if I let him.
He and Addy are actually to short for this ride, but Kristyn and I snuck them on...
